Models QUESTIONS

I am committed to creating the highest quality images for my clients. Creating your images should be enjoyable and professional. The items listed on this page are my recommendations to all my clients. Your cooperation and preparation will go a long way in helping to create the best images possible.

WHY HAVE AN INTERVIEW?

(1) Models beginning their career quite often have many questions regarding their first photo session. The interview allows them to ask these questions without the pressure of the actual photo session. It also allows the client to review my work and feel confident they are choosing the right photographer to work with them.

(2) Quite often clients have already begun work on their portfolio or composite card and are looking for additional images to complete them. By reviewing their current work, I am able to create ideas that will compliment the work they already have.

TIME: HOW LONG IS A SESSION?

The average time for a Standard Session is two to three (2-3) hours.
The first 45 minutes is dedicated to make-up and hair. The rest of the time is dedicated to photography, wardrobe changes and additional make-up and hair styling.

WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE MY PHOTOS TURN OUT GREAT?

(1) Rest! Yes, get plenty of sleep.
If you're tired no make-up can hide it and it will definitely show in your images.
So no partying the night before... GET SOME SLEEP!

(2) Water! Drink plenty of it the week of your session.
Water will help clear your skin and make-up application will be easier.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

You are welcome to bring a friend or family member, but at the session time no one will be in, just you and the photographer.

WARDROBE: WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

I ask that you bring 5 garments with matching shoes and accessories for wardrobe changes.
These outfits are usually determined during your portfolio consultation.
Normally, we will only use three for the session.

MONEY: WHEN DO I PAY?

A deposit of $50.00 is due after your interview if (1) you agree to the services and (2) book your session date. The balance is due the day of your session.

PICTURES: WHEN CAN I GET THEM?

Your CD or prints are usually delivered within 3-5 days after your photo session.
